Love is in the air! Some countries call Valentine’s Day “The Day of Love and Friendship,” both of which are built on trust and respect. In my company, we have a motto we often use: “Building Trust and Value in Relationships for Generations.” If every relationship came together as if they were going to last through generations, how different would everyone be toward one another?
Years ago, I learned some tools called, “Referability Factors.” The idea is if you use them consistently, you will become “referable.” Through the years, I modified these “factors” and made them my own. Today, I call them “The Key Factors to Building Trust.” When we do the following six things consistently, our relationships improve and therefore our life is completely better.
